Child Care Aide

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in classroom supervision and activities.
• Help with meal preparation, serving, and cleanup.
• Support children during transitions, outdoor play, and rest periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in classrooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Provide additional support for children as needed (e.g., helping with art projects, reading time, etc.).
• Report any concerns regarding child safety, health, or behavior to the Lead Teacher or Director.
• Exhibit professionalism and teamwork at all times.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in a child care or educational setting is preferred.
• Interest in early childhood education and willingness to pursue additional training.
• Dependable, patient, and caring personality.
