Infant / Toddler Teacher

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide responsive care for infants and toddlers, meeting their physical, emotional, and developmental needs.
• Maintain daily records of feeding, diapering, and developmental milestones.
• Develop individualized routines that support each child’s growth.
• Communicate closely with families about child development and daily experiences.
• Ensure a sanitary and safe environment according to health and safety standards.
• Encourage sensory, motor, and language development through age-appropriate activities.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

• CDA in Infant/Toddler Care or equivalent coursework.
• At least 1 year of experience caring for infants or toddlers in a licensed child care program.
• Demonstrated understanding of early brain development and attachment principles.
• CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
